The inaugural "Recovery Ecosystems: The Journey from Crisis to Community Support" conference, jointly organized by Roanoke Valley Collective Response, Carilion Clinic, the Virginia Tech Roanoke Center, and the Fralin Biomedical Research Institute

Held Sept. 12-13, 2024 at The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center, the conference highlighted the collective work and collaboration among organizations serving the addiction recovery ecosystem through inspirational speakers, evidence-based research presentations, challenging discussions, knowledge-sharing, and network-building.
